Dinner is served in The Paddock restaurant and is loving prepared by our Executive Chef Simon Furley and his team. We pride ourselves on taking the time to create meals that are both interesting and satisfying. Our team loves finding local produce and turning it into dishes to delight our guests. Start with an aperitif from our cocktail menu or choose from a range of Australian and international wines to sip on alongside your meal. Of course, we cater to vegetarian and vegan palates too.

Dinner is available from 5.45pm until late (seated by 8pm) Wednesday to Sunday.
