Our family have been involved with Wagyu cattle for many years and we’re backed by a wealth of awards. Our passion is to develop the beautiful and tender taste unique to Wagyu as a signature experience for our guests at Hazelwood. The Wagyu is cooked over an open flame resulting in beautiful smoke infused flavours from local fallen timber. We can’t wait to share this experience with you.

Visitors to the tasting room will be able to interact with the Head-Chef on-site and learn all about the farm and the best way to prepare and enjoy their beef. This is an ideal experience for groups and bookings are needed well in advance and are essential. Individuals, couples and groups are welcome to attend the tasting room, dates of upcoming tastings will be displayed on our website & social platforms.
