Hazelwood is not a wedding venue per se. We host only a small number of weddings each year, allowing those who do celebrate this milestone at Hazelwood, to have a truly unique experience at a beautiful location their friends and families haven’t been.

Choose one of our spectacular ceremony locations, suitable for various group sizes and weather conditions. Guest seating, signing table and chairs, sound system and microphone provided.
Joyful Celebrations
Continue your celebrations in The Clubhouse (under development) with cocktail hour on the formal lawn or sunset terrace, before moving inside to experience paddock-to-plate dining.
Our menu options focus on fresh Scenic Rim produce and can be tailored to your tastes. Beverage packages are also available.
Guests dine at long timber tables paired with classic Brentwood chairs. Cutlery, china, glassware and napkins provided.

Day Spa
The Day Spa transforms into a bridal retreat for the morning of your wedding, with salon style hair and make up consoles, dressing rooms and floor length mirrors, as well as lounges to allow you and your bridal party to relax and enjoy the precious moments getting ready together before you walk down the aisle.
Guest Activities
While you’re getting ready with your bridal party, your guests can entertain themselves bush walking through Lamington National Park, horse riding across the plateau, enjoying spectacular hinterland and ocean views from a helicopter, and more.
Recommended Suppliers
Couples are invited to arrange their own celebrant, photographer, florist, band or DJ, hair and make up artists, etc. We can recommend wedding suppliers we have enjoyed working with previously, or you can choose your own.
