Calling all foodies and gourmands for an unmissable culinary class set against the backdrop of the pristine Gold Coast hinterland. In Hazelwood’s Estate’s Salumi Masterclass guests will learn the ancient craft of salumi in an intimate session led by CLEAVER Salumi Cabinets founder and salumi afficionado Dave Cann. In this hands-on class, you’ll discover the principles of making and curing salami and how to choose the right cuts and seasoning to make the best-tasting cured meats.
